Game Show Challenge
Think your team has what it takes to be crowned champion? Our realistic ‘Jeopardy-style’ Game Board pits entire teams against one another, each one collectively deciding on their final answer (not just one or two people ringing a buzzer). Each round of questions is followed by a “Team Challenge”, with teams competing against each other in feats of skill, strength, or problem solving! We can also customize this event to be specific to new information employees may need to learn about a new product or policy. We promise, learning can be FUN!
Beach Olympics
Our Beach Olympics isn’t your typical ‘day at the beach’, but don’t worry, it’s not exactly a decathlon! People of all fitness levels will enjoy our variety of challenges. Some of our games challenge teams mentally, while others are a little more physical in nature. From the ever-popular obstacle course to the uber-challenging “cryptic codec”, we’ll have a task that everyone on your team can excel at. Don’t have a beach? No problem, we’ll host the “Office Olympics” at your site or at a nearby park.
Volleyball Tournaments
Ready for a little 6-on-6 action volleyball? We take care of the competition brackets, the refereeing, and all the fun at our volleyball tournaments. We have three semi-pro players on our staff that will provide basic instruction to each team prior to the tournament, so that everyone feels they can contribute to their team. Our tournaments are available at the beach closest to you, or we can bring our grass-court setup to your office or nearest park.
(At-the-beach add-on: surfing! We’ll bring out a teacher and lots of boards!)
Laugh-A-Lympics
It’s sketch comedy time, starring …… you!! Our Laugh-A-Lympics is divided into 5 rounds, with each team member having to appear in at least 2 sketches. Whether it’s the “Props Round”, “Fantastic Accents Round”, “Dream Day at the Office”, “Lightning Sketch”, or “Dress Up!”, our staff of sketch comics will help lead your employees on a hilarious journey as everyone gets a chance to laugh with each other. No embarrassing situations, just fun set-ups that turn anyone into America’s next great comic!
Large-Session Icebreakers
Having your annual sales conference and need to energize your team before the start of each session? Let our large-group facilitators “wake-up” your employees so they are fresh and ready to go. We’ll also bring out our Spirit Leaders, who will roam the floor, getting groups pumped-up and involved with group cheers, human pyramids – whatever it takes! From Name-That-Tune to Card Sharks to Dance-Off’s, we’ll get the energy flowing and the crowd electric before turning it back over to you to take your meeting to the next level!
Rhythm Works
“I don’t want to work, I just want to bang on me drum all day!!!”
And that’s exactly what you’ll be doing in this fantastic teambuilding event where everybody gets a drum, and everyone gets a chance to fall in line with the rhythm while dancing to the beat of their own drum. Our drum instructors are touring percussionists trained in corporate teambuilding. There is nothing that will get your group in sync better than hearing everyone getting into rhythm with each other. Groups are divided into “tribes” and – after learning some drumming basics – get to design their own signature rhythms. These rhythms are then taught to the other teams, and the drum circle begins. A perfect way to start any conference or meeting!
Make Your Own Drum
If you want to make a full day event based on drumming, you can add our “Make Your Own Drum” event to our “Rhythm Works” event. The morning session is spent with all the supplies needed for each team member to craft their very own drum, all under the instruction of a master drum builder. The drums are allowed to “set”, then they are brought out for their inaugural performance in our “Rhythm Works” event. Imagine starting your conference or sales meeting by getting everyone “on beat” with each other from the get-go!
Culinary Teambuilding
With the success of such shows as Iron Chef and Chopped!, food-based teambuilding is taking corporate meetings by storm. I mean c’mon, who doesn’t love to eat?! Our Culinary Challenges are more Top Chef than Hell’s Kitchen, and offer a fun, lightly competitive way for your employees to show off their skills in the kitchen while learning new things about food and each other.
Great Chili Cookoff
Grab your cowboy hats and your favorite spices, it’s time to make some chili! Teams compete against each other to see who can come up with the ultimate chili recipe, using trial and error and all the spices and peppers they want. The winner is chosen during the finale of the event through a ‘blind taste test’. To get that down-home cook-off feel, extra ingredients may be won by competing in horseshoes, our lasso competition, or just by dancin’ a jig!
That’s Amore
Feeling like a little Italian?! Our pizza cook-off challenges your teams to create their own signature pizza pie. Teams start by rolling their very own crust, move on to create their own zesty sauce, then choose their toppings from an array of choices both familiar and bold. Wine, Italian music, and ‘Mobster-Trivia’ help turn any location into a cozy Italian restaurant.
Charity Events
Nothing brings your team together better than taking some time to give back to your community. Our “Charity Challenges” offer a great opportunity for your employees to compete and have fun together all while keeping a bigger cause in mind. We take our fun team challenges and turn them into games with a bigger purpose in mind.
Build-A-Bike
We work hand-in-hand with the local charity of your choice to challenge your teams to “win” the different pieces of a bicycle that will be assembled and donated to needy kids in your area. Each team gets a bike to assemble, and group challenges give your employees a chance to show off their skills and earn points towards the final tally. Each completed task earns a bicycle part. A winner is announced based on point totals from each challenge, but the real winner is your local charity, who ends up with beautiful, brand-new bicycles to donate to local children.
Build-A-Computer
Want to impact your local community on the technological front? How about our “Build-A-Computer” event? Similar to the Build-A-Bike, teams compete to earn parts to assemble computers, which are then donated to the charity or school of your choice. Our team of technical advisors will be on hand to answer any questions and will make sure all computers are functioning at top performance before donation.
